Username I'm actually very envious of the 'idea' of who Kate is and that everything is addressed to Kate. It's an original concept and very simple, I'm loving it.

Layout I analyzed your other diary (toweroflove) just the other day and had a similar issue with the layout, I use Mozilla. This time the picture is intact but the words run into the background... making it not very attractive. You did not make this template yourself, so it's not
completely your fault. What irritates me is that I can't see your links either because they run into the same color as your background. I'm sure I'll have to take more points off in the navigation section of the scoring. Let me tell you though, that I am really liking the rest of the layout; from the colors, to the image and the words. Maroon 5 has great lyrics. The layout is simple with a bit of elegance to it, nice choice.

Content Again, you are expressing yourself
very well and you're not dragging on about one subject, you say how you're feeling and move on to what's next on your mind, you go into detail, but you're not overwhelming me with the tid-bits. Readers often like to just read a little about what you're saying, and comment, but you make it easy for them to not even realize they just read your whole entry

here. You have your intriguing entries like
here and you even mix in some of your own 'teenage angst' like
here. You have a real mix of raw emotion, and being truthful to yourself is something I can definitely appreciate, most people can too. I love how each entry you sign with a different adverb. "Free, defeated, frustrated." It gives your entries a nice touch. When reading your diary, I felt connected to you and like I know you personally, you really draw the reader in, and that alone is enough to win me over. Just remember, that it never hurts to share
happy feelings with Kate either. While everything may seem a mess, you know you’re happy from time to time... write about it, it'll be a good change I promise.

Navigation It was easy to see on your shorter entries because it remained on the white background instead of the grey background, but there were some entries that I had to highlight the whole page to see where your previous and next buttons were at.
